I felt weird being a younger woman trying to get fair pricing for some old gold I had. Pawn shops and the like have felt predatory to me in the past. Based off of the amazing reviews I decided to try 401 Gold and it exceeded my expectations.

Friendly, transparent and helpful service - the owner even came to introduce herself and told me customers like me are the reason she started this place - so everyone can feel comfortable :)

First time visiting, the process was extremely transparent. All gold was separated, tested and weighed in front of me. I was able to see how much my gold was worth and decided which pieces I wanted to sell. I will definitely visit this location again. Very secure and felt safe during the transaction. Received e-transfer for funds as well.
